You may use our site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse our site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. All content, including product designs, fitment data, imagery, and copy, is owned by Citadel Safes and protected by intellectual property laws.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm your order when we accept it and, for made-to-order safes, when your safe enters production. Pricing is shown in U.S. dollars and is subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

In accordance with our Ships-On-Time Promise, your payment method is charged when your safe enters production, and the build window is shown before checkout.

Citadel safes are designed from a 3D scan of your vehicle's compartment. You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information (year, make, model, trim, and fitment details). If a safe does not fit a correctly listed vehicle, our Exact-Fit Guarantee applies — we will remake it free or refund you. See our Warranty and Shipping & Returns pages for details.

By providing your mobile number and consenting at checkout or on a form, you agree to receive automated and non-automated text messages from Citadel Safes. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We ship to the lower 48 United States. Shipping is free on every safe unless otherwise stated. Build and shipping windows are estimates shown before checkout and are not guaranteed guarantees of delivery date. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Custom-fit safes may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our 30-Day Try-It Guarantee, subject to the conditions on our Shipping & Returns page.

Citadel safes carry a Lifetime Replacement Warranty on the safe body. Locks carry their own manufacturer warranty. Full warranty terms are on our Warranty page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citadel Safes is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our safes are theft-deterrent devices and are not fire-rated or waterproof. We do not guarantee that a safe will prevent theft in all circumstances. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Any references to firearm carry laws are informational only and do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for knowing and complying with applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Comal County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
