1. Build & Shipping Times
In-stock models ship right away. Made-to-order safes are built and assembled in Central Texas, with a build window of 4–6 weeks from the time your safe enters production. This window is shown before you check out and may vary by model and volume.
Per our Ships-On-Time Promise, your payment method is charged when your safe enters production — not before. If the build window changes after your order, we will notify you before proceeding.
2. Shipping Areas & Cost
We offer free standard shipping on every safe to the lower 48 United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is available for an additional quote — contact us before ordering.
Safes ship via ground freight and require a physical address (no P.O. boxes). You will receive tracking by email and SMS (if opted in) when your order ships.
3. Order Tracking
Order and shipping updates are sent by email and, if you have opted in to SMS, by text message. You can reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out of messages at any time. See our Privacy Policy for SMS details.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspect your safe upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can file a freight claim and arrange a replacement. Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
5. Returns — 30-Day Try-It Guarantee
Install it. Use it. If it isn't the best-built safe you've owned, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Return conditions:
- The safe must be in resalable condition with all hardware and components included.
- Original return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
- A restocking fee may apply to custom or modified orders.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. The Exact-Fit Guarantee
If a safe does not fit a correctly listed vehicle, we will remake it free or refund you — your choice. This is separate from and in addition to the 30-Day Try-It Guarantee. See our Warranty page for full terms.
